Edit Equipment Attributes Dialog

Lists predefined attributes which can be assigned to an Equipment component in the Equipment Manager dialog.

It is usually launched when you click inside a property field of a component from the Create/Modify tab of the Equipment Manager.

The attributes defined for each equipment component are stored in the equipment's "Equipment_Name.xml" file.

Note: When creating a new equipment component, it is recommended to copy an existing component and modify the attributes instead of having to create new User Defined Attributes (UDA's) for each component you create.

Setting	Description
UDA ID	This is the equipment ID used to identify the attribute in the .XML file.
UDA Name	This is the display label for the attribute.
UDA Value List	This window predefined values which can be defined for the UDA. Additional values can be added by clicking under the last entry and entering a new value into the field. Note: For attributes which are allowed only a single value, such as Description, this section will be disabled and only a UDA default value can be defined.
UDA Default Value	Enter a default value to be used for the UDA. This will initially display in the Equipment Manager but can be changed by the user.
OK	Saves any changes and closes the dialog.
Cancel	Closes the dialog without saving any changes.
